Featured in 405 Magazine, February's featured cocktail is the Plaza Antigua.  This whiskey and brandy cocktail is WSKY's spin on the New Orleans classic Vieux Carre. Invented at the famous Carousel Bar. It has a punch while being delightfully complex.

The Plaza Antiqua is made with Corsair Quinoa Whiskey, Torres 10 year old Brandy and three separate, distinctive bitters.
